The Board of Directors expected to repurchase 3,500,000 shares:

-          Number of treasury shares before trading: 2,166,010 shares

-          Number of shares expected for buyback: 3,500,000 shares (3.45% charter capital)

-          Financial resource for buyback: the undistributed profit after tax.
