1)      Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Quang Dung as Authorized Spokesman of the Company from September 04, 2020.

2)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Trinh Quoc Tho as Person in charge of Corporate Governance cum Authorized Spokesman from September 04, 2020.
