The Board resolution dated September 03, 2020, the BOD of Binh Duong Water Environment Joint Stock Company (BWE) approved to contribute capital to establish subsidiary with the following details:

-          Company name: Power Biwase – Construction Joint Stock Company

-          Address: 303 Street No.85, Tan Phu Area, Tan Hiep Ward, Tan Uyen Town, Binh Duong.

-          Charter capital: VND 80,000,000,000 (BWE contributed VND 50,400,000,000, accounting for 63% charter capital of Power Biwase – Construction Joint Stock Company.

-          To appoint Mr. Pham Thanh Hung as the representative of contributed capital of BWE in Power Biwase – Construction Joint Stock Company.
