VTG: Change of reason for trading restriction on UPCoM

As of 04/09/2020, pursuant to Regulation on organization and management of UPCoM of HNX attached to Decision No.455/QD-SGDHN dated  20/6/2017 (Regulation on trading registration), HNX announced the additional reason for putting stock under trading restriction as follows:
- Issuer: Ba Ria - Vung Tau Tourist Joint Stock Company
- Stock code: VTG
- Previous reason for trading restriction:
+ The auditor had contradictory opinion on consolidated financial statement for fiscal year 2018; The company did not disclose information about Annual general meeting of shareholders 2018-2019-2020 in six (6) months for the end of the fiscal year (According to Notice No.889/TB-SGDHN dated 08th August 2019 and Notice No.788/TB-SGDHN dated 12th August 2020)
- Changed reason for trading restriction: The auditor had contradictory opinion on consolidated financial statement for fiscal year 2019. According to Item 1, Article 32  of the Trading Regulation, the stock is put under restriction.
HNX will announce the approval for  VTG to resume trading after the Company overcomes the reasons for being put under trading restriction pursuant to Regulation on trading registration.
