The Board resolution dated September 03, 2020, the BOD of Vidipha Central Pharmaceutical Joint - Stock Company (VDP) approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the business result in 6 months of 2020:

-          Total revenue:       359.07 billion dongs, reached 48% plan

-          Profit before tax:   29.02 billion dongs, reached 48.37% plan

-          Total salary fund  41 billion dongs, reached 58.57% plan

-          To pay the budget: 19.81 billion dongs, reached 49.53% plan.

2)      Approving the record date to pay first cash dividend for 2020:

-          Record date: September 15, 2020

-          Exercise ratio: 10%/par value (1,000 dongs/share)

-          Payment date: September 30, 2020.
