The Board resolution dated August 13, 2020, Thu Dau Mot Water Joint Stock Company announces the following issues:

1)      Approving the quantity of employees that registered the purchase of shares in the stock issuance under ESOP 2020:

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 4,300,000 shares

-          Number of employees to be purchased:  27 persons

-          Number of employees registered to buy: 9 persons

-          Number of shares registered to buy: 1,841,200 shares

-          Number of undistributed shares: 2,458,800 shares.

2)        Approving the list of employees to continue to buy the number of undistributed shares:

-          Number of distributed shares: 2,458,800 shares

-          Number of employees to continue to distribute: 9 persons

-          Purchase price: VND 15,000/share

3)      Approving the proceeds of VND 64,500,000,000 will be used to invest in the phase 2 of Bau Bang Water Plant.
