On September 28, 2018, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Decision No.382/QD-SGDHCM to change PTC shares of Post and Telecommunications Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company from the warning status to the supervision status from October 05, 2018.

On August 26, 2020, HOSE received the reviewed semi-annual consolidated financial statements from Post and Telecommunications Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (PTC). Accordingly, the after-tax profit of parent company’s shareholders in the first six months of 2020 was 10.78 billion dongs and the undistributed after-tax profit until June 30, 2020 was 12.42 billion dongs. Besides, the auditor still had except-for and emphasis comments.

 Therefore, HOSE will remain the supervision status for the stock PTC and will consider solutions for the stock PTC after having the audited financial statements in 2020.
