On 04/24/2019, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Decision No.138/QD-SGDHCM to change the stock TTF of Truong Thanh Furniture Corporation from warning status to supervision status from 05/06/2019 because the undistributed after-tax profit in 2017 was -1,406.8 billion dongs, the after-tax profit of parent company in 2018 was -715.1 billion dongs.
On 08/29/2020, HOSE received the reviewed semi-annual consolidated financial statements from Truong Thanh Furniture Corporation. Accordingly, the after-tax profit of the parent company in the first six months of 2020 was 53.2 billion dongs and the accumulated loss at 06/30/2020 was -2,965 billion dongs. Besides, the audit company gave an emphasized opinion on the continuous operation ability of the company group.
HOSE will remain the supervision status for the stock TTF.
