In accordance with Board Resolution No.07/NQ2020-HDQT dated July 27, 2020 by the Board of Directors of Saigon Real – Estate Joint Stock Company, the Board of Directors approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the plan for investing in the villa and terraced house project in Ward 2, Vung Tau city.

2)      Approving to cooperate to invest in the land at 122 Pasteur, Ben Nghe ward, district 1, Ho Chi Minh city.

3)      Approving the accumulated profit in the first six months of 2020 to be 100 billion dongs.
