The Board resolution dated August 03, 2020, the BOD of Thien Viet Securities Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:
1) Approving to raise charter capital of Thien Viet Asset Management Company Limited (TVAM) from VND 25,000,000,000 up to VND 125,000,000,000. Total proceeds from the offering will be used to raise charter capital, business operation expansion of TVAM.
2) Approving the company implements the additional purchase of 10,000,000 new shares of TVAM with total value of VND 100,000,000,000. The ratio holding of TVS after buying is 99.84% in TVAM’s equity.
3) Approving to appoint Mrs. Nguyen Thanh Thao – member of BOD cum Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as the representative of contributed capital of 12,480,000 shares, equivalent to 99.84% charter capital of TVS in TVAM.
