The Board resolution dated July 31, 2020, the BOD of Materials Petroleum Joint Stock Company approved the delay to hold the 2020 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders at 8:30, July 31, 2020 due to the complicated situation of Covid-19 pandemic and the Dispatch No.2869/UBND-VX dated July 30, 2020 by the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City on restricting crowds to prevent and control the Covid-19 disease.
