-          Stock name: Sai Gon Vien Dong Technology Joint Stock Company

-          Stock type: common share

-          Number of shares issued: 10,526,937 shares

-          Number of outstanding shares: 10,526,937 shares

-          Number of treasury shares: 0 share

-          Charter capital until 12/31/2019: VND 105,269,370,000

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 1,052,693 shares

-          Total value (based on par value): VND 10,526,930,000

-          Expected charter capital after the issuance: VND 115,796,300,000

-          Issue ratio: 10% (shareholder who owns 10 shares will receive 01 new share).

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will not be rounded down, the fractional shares will be cancelled.

-          For example: at the record date, shareholder A owned 264 shares. With 10% performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 264 * 10/100 =26.4 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A receives 26 new shares and fractional shares of 0.4 will be cancelled.

-          Time of implementation: expected in Q3.2020 or Q4.2020.
