MEC: Stock under trading restriction

Pursuant to Regulations on Organization and Management of UPCoM at the HNX attached to Decision No.634/QĐ-SGDHN dated 24/09/2019 by Hanoi Stock Exchange, HNX announces the stock under trading restriction of MEC stock as follows:
-          Issuer: ​ Song Da Mechanical - Assembling Joint Stock Company
-          Securities type: common stock
-          Stock code: MEC
-          Par value: VND10,000/share
-          Number of shares under trading restriction : 8,353,620 shares
-          Total value under under trading restriction (by par): VND 83,536,200,000
-          Trading restriction: MEC can only be traded on Friday weekly.
-          Effective date: 01/09/2020
-     Reason: The company has negative equity in Financial Statement 2019 as prescribed at Point b, Item 1, Article 32 of  the Trading Regulation, the stock is put under under trading restriction
Hanoi Stock Exchange will notify when MEC stock is allowed to be traded again after the company remedies the cause for being put under trading restriction.
