On August 17, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) received the separate and consolidated financial statements for the first six months of 2020 by PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation. On August 21, 2020, HOSE received an explanation for fluctuations in business results in the first six months of 2020 compared to the same period of 2019. However, the document just included the explanation for differences in business results in the consolidated financial statements, without the explanation for differences in the parent company’s financial statements (decreasing nearly 30% compared to the same period).

Pursuant to Point a, Clause 4, Article 11 of Circular 155/2015/TT-BTC dated October 06, 2015, the Company was late in the disclosure of explanation and has not disclosed the explanation for fluctuations in business results of parent company. Therefore, HOSE reminded and suggested the Company comply with the regulations on disclosure of information on the securities market in order to ensure shareholders’ interests and supplement additional explanation documents.
