On August 26, 2020, Viet Dragon Securities Corporation issued the decision to approve the personnel change as follows:

1)      Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Chi Trung as Deputy Chief Executive Officer cum Director of Nha Trang Branch of the Company, and the termination of labor contract for him from August 26, 2020.

2)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Le Vuong Hung as Director of Nha Trang Branch of the Company from August 26, 2020.
