VCSC: BOD resolution on selling treasury shares

The Board resolution dated August 24, 2020, the BOD of Viet Capital Securities Joint Stock Company approved the plan to sell treasury shares as follows:

-   Selling volume: 121,014 shares

-   Selling price: VND 12,000/share

-   Expected selling time: Quarter 3/2020 or Quarter 4/2020 after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
