The Board resolution dated August 25, 2020, the BOD of HVC Investment and Technology Joint Stock Company approved to sell treasury shares with the following details:

- Stock name: HVC Investment and Technology Joint Stock Company

- Stock code: HVH

- Selling volume: 500,000 shares

- Expected trading period: no more than 30 days after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).

- Trading method: order matching or put through.

- Selling price:

Min price: VND 7,000/share
Max price: VND 12,000/share.
