The Board resolution dated August 24, 2020, the BOD of Investment and Trading of Real Estate Joint Stock Company approved the plan to issue shares for 2019 dividend payment with the following details:

-          Issue ratio: 10% (shareholder who owns 100 shares will receive 10 new shares)

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 7,207,844 shares

-          Total value (based on par value): VND 72,078,440,000

-          Purpose: to pay stock dividend for 2019.

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will not be rounded down, the fractional shares will be cancelled.

-          For example: at the record date, shareholder A owned 585 shares. With 10% performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 585 *10/100 = 58.5 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A receives 58 new shares and fractional shares of 0.5 will be cancelled.

-          Transfer restriction: none

-          Time of implementation: expected in Q3.2020 or Q4.2020.
