-          Total area of use: 52.149 m²

-          Total value of investment: including 03 stages:

• Stage 1: VND 201,418,272,948
• Stage 2: VND 34,274,548,000
• Stage 3: VND 193,501,465,419.

-          Time of implementation: including 03 stages:

• Stage 1: from September 2020 to February 2021
• Stage 2: from April 2021 to June 2021
• Stage 3: from Quarter /2021 to Quarter 4/2022.
