On August 21, 2020, the Board of Directors of Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp approved a plan for issuing shares to the first phase of 2020 dividend payment:

-          Exercise ratio: 7% (Those who own 100 shares will receive 07 new shares.)

-          Estimated issue volume: 25,917,700 shares

-          Total issue value: VND259,177,000,000.

-          Financial resource: from Undistributed profit after tax

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.

-          Time of implementation: expected in Quarter 3 and Quarter 4,  2020
