The Board resolution dated August 20, 2020, the Board of Directors Hanoi Plastics Joint Stock Company approved to transfer contributed capital in Vinfast – An phat Plastic Auto Part Com Ltd (VAPA) to An Trung Industries Com Ltd. Details are as follow:

- Transfer contributed capital value in VAPA: VND 104,000,000,000, accounting for 50% charter capital of VAPA.

- Transferred value: VND 86,000,000,000.

- To appoint Mr. Man Chi Trung as the representative of contributed capital of An Trung Industries Com Ltd in Vinfast – An phat Plastic Auto Part Com Ltd (VAPA).
