Pursuant to Provision 2, Article 12 of Decree No.71/2017/ND-CP guiding corporate governance of public companies, “The Chairman of the Board of Directors must not take over the position as the Director of the same public company”. However, after checking the information disclose by the listed company until August 10, 2020, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the listed company is concurrently holding the position as the Director (CEO).
Therefore, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) reminded and asked the listed company to resolve the issue and send an explanation to HOSE by August 18, 2020.
