The Board resolution dated August 14, 2020, the BOD of Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 2 (TV2) approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the result of stock issuance to to pay dividends for 2019:

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 12,005,059 shares

-          Exercise ratio: 50%/charter capital

-          Number of distributed shares: 12,004,834 shares

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: 10,000 dongs/share

-          Number of distributed shareholders: 2,333 shareholders

2)      Approving to raise its charter capital after issuing shares to pay dividend for 2019:

-          Charter capital before the issuance: VND 240,101,180,000

-          Addsional increase charter capital: VND 120,048,340,000

-          Charter capital after the issuance: VND 360,149,520,000, equivalent to 36,014,952 shares

-          To carry out for increasing charter capital from VND 240,101,180,000 up to VND 360,149,520,000 at the Planning and Investment Department of Ho Chi Minh City.

3)      Approving to amend and supplement its charter related to the change of new charter capital.

4)      Approving to register to deposit at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) and list on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) for 12,004,834 shares.
