     * Dividend payment in cash 2019 - 2nd time:
          - Exercise rate: 8%/ par value (shareholders receive 800 VND for every share they own)
          - Exercise date: 30/09/2020
          - Place of payment:
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares: Nam Can Seaproducts Import Export Joint Stock Company (Address:KV1, K.3, Nam Can town, Nam Can district, Ca Mau province) on working days from 30/09/2020. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above.
