-        Name of owner: Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp

-        Charter capital: VND680,000,000,000 (Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp contributed 68% of the charter capital).

-        Ms. Tran Thi Huong was authorized to mange VND462,400 billion of Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp in Investment & Development Phat Dat Industrial Park Joint Stock Company.
