Thanh Thanh Cong - Bien Hoa Joint Stock Company has set up a subsidiary as follows:

- Name of the subsidiary: Thanh Cong Green Idea Co., ltd. (*)

- Name of owner: Thanh Thanh Cong - Bien Hoa Joint Stock Company

- Charter capital: VND5,000,000,000 (Thanh Thanh Cong - Bien Hoa Joint Stock Company contributed 100% of the charter capital).

- Mr. Le Duc Ton was appointed Chairman of the BOD at Thanh Cong Green Idea Co., ltd.

(*) The company name is temporarily translated.
