Board Resolution No.28A dated August 03, 2020

The Board of Directors approved the policy on investing Ia Bang 1 Wind Power Plant Project:

−        Project: Ia Bang 1 Wind Power Plant Project

−        Investor: Ia Bang Wind Power Joint Stock Company (GEC owns 99%)

−        Location: Ia Bang commune, Chu Prong district, Gia Lai province

−        Resource: the owner’s equity and borrowing.  

Board Resolution No.28B dated August 03, 2020

The Board of Directors approved the policy on investing Tan Phu Dong 1 Wind Power Plant Project:

−        Project: Tan Phu Dong 1 Wind Power Plant Project

−        Investor: Tien Giang Wind Power Joint Stock Company

−        Location: Phu Tan commune, Tan Phu Dong district, Tien Giang province

−        Resource: the owner’s equity and borrowing.  

Board Resolution No.28C dated August 03, 2020

The Board of Directors appointed Mr. Deepak C. Khanna and Mr. Pham Hong Duong as Members of the Audit Board of Gia Lai Electricity Joint Stock Company.

Members of the Audit Board:

-          Ms. Nguyen Thuy Van: Chairwoman;

-          Mr. Deepak C. Khanna: Member;

-          Mr. Pham Hong Duong: Member.

Board Resolution No.28D dated August 03, 2020

The Board of Directors decided not to re-appoint Mr. Phan Thanh Lac as Deputy CEO from July 31, 2020 due to his retirement under the laws.
