On April 09, 2019, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Decision No.108/QD-SGDHCM to change PXT shares of Petroleum Pipeline & Tank Construction Joint Stock Company from the warning status to the supervision status from April 17, 2019.
On August 03, 2020, HOSE received the semi-annual reviewed financial statements from Petroleum Pipeline & Tank Construction Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, its after-tax profit in the first six months of 2020 was -7.43 billion dongs and the undistributed after-tax profit at June 30, 2020 was -141.12 billion dongs. Besides, the auditor still had except-for and emphasis comments.
Therefore, HOSE will remain the supervision status for the stock PXT and will consider solutions for the stock PXT after having the 2020 audited financial statements.
