(i) According to the separate financial statements, the profit after tax in Quarter 2 of 2020 increased by 113 billion dongs (+57%) compared to Quarter 2 of 2019 mainly thanks to the profit from property transfer.
(ii) According to the consolidated financial statements, the profit after tax in Quarter 2 of 2020 decreased by 4,718 billion dongs (-55%) compared to the same period of last year mainly because the profit from property transfer and the profit from cooperation decreased compared to Quarter 2 of 2019.
