On July 31, 2020, the Board of Directors of PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (PVGas) approves agreements, transactions with related parties as follows:

-          Resolution No.71: Approving the addendum draft of Agreement No.04 between PVGas and Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (Petrovietnam or PVN) and Vietsovpetro (VSP).

-          Resolution No.72: Approving the addendum draft of Agreement No.01 between PVGas and VSP.
