BSH: Decision and Resolution of Board of Directors on signing appendix of the land lease contract

On 06 July 2020, Sai Gon - Ha Noi Beer Corporation announced the Decision and Resolution of Board of Directors on signing appendix of the land lease contract with Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Bach Khoa Co., Ltd as follows:
  • Board Resolution No. 92/2020/NQLYK-HDQT of Board of Directors of the Company
Article 1: Approve that Sai Gon - Ha Noi Beer Corporation signs the appendix 1 of the contract No. 18/HDTD/POLYCO-SABECOHN (the land lease contract signed between Sai Gon - Ha Noi Beer Corporation and Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Bach Khoa Co., Ltd (Polyco));
Article 2: Implementation
This Resolution is approved by the Board of Directors and is valid from the date of signature.
All members of Board of Directors, members of Supervisory Board, Manager, employees and related units and individuals are responsible for proactively holding implementation of the contents mentioned in this Board Resolution, and at the same time inspecting, supervising the implementation of this Board Resolution in accordance with their functions and duties.
