     * Dividend payment in cash:
          - Exercise rate: 1,04%/share (shareholders receive VND 104 for every 01 share they own)
          - Exercise date: 27/07/2020
          - Place of payment:
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares: Communications And Public Works Joint Stock Company on working days from 27/07/2020. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above.
* If the shareholder authorizes another person to receive, there must be a letter of authorization to receive dividends (according to the Company's form), enclosed with ID card / CCCD or passport of the authorized person or the authorized person.
