The Board of Directors of Dat Xanh Group Joint Stock Company approved the redemption of ESOP shares from the resigned employees according to the regulations of ESOP 2017 and ESOP 2019:  

-          Number of shares to be withdrawn: 509,111 shares

Of which:

• Number of shares to be withdrawn according to the regulations of ESOP 2017: 170,111 shares
• Number of shares to be withdrawn according to the regulations of ESOP 2019: 339,000 shares

-          Trading method: transferring the ownership of shares via the Vietnam Securities Depository

-          Financial resource: There is no redemption fee.
