On July 01, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) received the resolution of Annual General Meeting dated June 29, 2020 from Sai Gon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company (code: SCR). Accordingly, the general meeting of shareholders of SCR approved the resignations of insiders, such as: Mr. Nguyen Dang Thanh, Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Lam Minh Chau, Member of the Board of Directors; Ms. Tran Yen Duyen, Member of the Board of Directors. However, HOSE has not received any announcements regarding the resignations of members of the Board of Directors as above as prescribed.
Therefore, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange reminded and suggested Sai Gon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company comply with the regulations on disclosure of information on the securities market in order to ensure shareholders’ interests.
