The Board resolution dated July 02, 2020, the BOD of Duong Hieu Trading and Mining Joint Stock Company approved to carry out the Resolution of Annual General Meeting 2020 as follows:

1)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Van Tien Duc as Chairman of BOD of the Company.

2)      Approving the appointment of new Chief Accountant from August 01, 2020.

3)      Approving the purchase or rent an apartment of Crown Villas Thai Nguyen project for Corporate office headquarters.

4)      Approving the appointment of one Deputy Chief Executive Officer to undertake the building materials, iron and steel department.

5)      Approving to carry out the divestment at associated companies: Bac Viet Minerals Exploration Metallurgy Joint Stock Company, Hung Phat Technology Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company.

6)      Approving the carry out the investment plan approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders.

7)      Approving the establishment of Secretariat of BOD, including:

-          Mrs. Hoang Thi Hong Hanh;

-          Mrs. Do Thuy Trang.

8)      Approving the selection of Nhan Tam Viet Auditing Com Ltd as the auditor for the financial statements in 2020.
