Based on Decision dated July 02, 2020, Thaiduong Petrol Joint Stock Company (TDG) announced the following issues:

1)      The BOD approved to contribute capital for establishing Thai Duong 1 Dak Nong Energy Joint Stock Company:

-          Short name: THAI DUONG 1 DAK NONG JSC

-          Address: 156 Dak Mil, Dak Mil District, Dak Nong Province, Vietnam.

-          Charter capita: VND 13,000,000,000 (TDG contributed VND 5,850,000,000; accounting for 45% charter capital of Thai Duong 1 Dak Nong Energy JSC).

-          Legal Representative: Mr. Tran Van Ha – Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

-          To appoint Mr. Vo Anh Thai – Chairman of BOD as the representative of contributed capital of TDG in Thai Duong 1 Dak Nong Energy JSC.

2)      The BOD approved to contribute capital for establishing Thai Duong 2 Dak Nong Energy Joint Stock Company:

-          Short name: THAI DUONG 1 DAK NONG JSC

-          Address: 156 Dak Mil, Dak Mil District, Dak Nong Province, Vietnam

-          Charter capita: VND 13,000,000,000 (TDG contributed VND 5,850,000,000; accounting for 45% charter capital of Thai Duong 1 Dak Nong Energy JSC).

-          Legal Representative: Mr. Tran Van Ha – Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

-          To appoint Mr. Vo Anh Thai – Chairman of BOD as the representative of contributed capital of TDG in Thai Duong 2 Dak Nong Energy JSC.
