Viet Nam Rubber Group - Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of Annual General Meeting 2020, which was convened on June 12, 2020, as follows:

1)      Approving the report of the Board of Directors.

2)      Approving the report of the Board of Supervisors.

3)      Approving the financial statements in 2019.

4)      Approving the business plan for 2020:

-          Revenue: VND24,657 billion;

-          Profit before tax: VND4,961 billion;

-          Profit after tax: VND4,029 billion;

-          Dividend (06%/charter capital): VND2,400 billion.

-          Investment plan for 2020: VND2,425.8 billion.

5)      Approving to choose an audit firm for auditing the listed company's financial statements in 2020.

6)      Approving the business performance in 2019 and the profit distribution plan for 2019:

-          Revenue: VND3,877 billion

-          Profit after tax: VND2,591 billion

-          Investment development fund: VND177.938 billion

-          Bonus & welfare fund: VND12.512 billion

-          Bonus fund for Senior management: VND0.550 billion

-          Dividend (06%/charter capital): VND2,400 billion

7)      Approving the remuneration of the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors in 2019 and 2020:

-          The remuneration of the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors in 2019: VND372.72 million.

-          The remuneration of the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors in 2020: VND370.42 million.
