The Board resolution dated July 16, 2020, the BOD of Dat Xanh Group Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the divestment at LDG Investment Joint Stock Company:

-          Number of shares transferred: 62,992,372 shares

-          Transfer price: as the market price but no less than VND 6,000/share

-          Time of implementation: from July 22, 2020 to August 21, 2020.

2)      Approving the plan to allow Ha Thuan Hung Construction – Trade – Service Ltd Company to transfer the whole of shares of LDG Investment Joint Stock Company:

-          Number of shares transferred: 25,063,200 shares

-          Transfer price: as the market price but no less than VND 6,000/share

-          Time of implementation: from July 22, 2020 to August 21, 2020.
