The Board resolution dated July 17, 2020, the BOD of Viet Nam Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Corporation approved to issue VND 150 billion bonds in the private placement. Accordingly, total value of issue is divided two phases, including:

-          Phase 1: VND 10,000,000,000 with bond code GEX202004;

-          Phase 2: VND 50,000,000,000 with bond code GEX202005.
