The Board resolution dated July 10, 2020, the BOD of Ca Mau Group Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the stock issuance to raise charter from the owner’s equity:

-          Stock name: Ca Mau Group Joint Stock Company

-          Stock code: CMX

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: VND 10,000/share

-          Number of shares issued: 26,442,468 shares

-          Number of outstanding shares: 26,442,468 shares

-          Number of treasury shares: 0 share

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 2,644,246 shares

-          Total value (based on par value): VND 26,442,460,000

-          Issue ratio: 10:1 (shareholder who owns 10 shares will receive 01 new share).

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will not be rounded down to dozen, the fractional shares due to rounding down will be cancelled.

-          Time of implementation: expected in 2020 after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).

2)      Approving the stock issuance under ESOP:

-          Expected issue volume: 1,322,123 shares

-          Par value: VND 10,000/share

-          Total value (based on par value): VND 13,221,230,000

-          Issue ratio: 5%

-          Time of implementation: expected in 2020 after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
