On June 29, 2020, Petrolimex Joint Stock Tanker Company announces the resolution of Annual General Meeting 2020 as follows:

1)      Approving the business plan for 2020:

-          Total revenue:             669,091 million dongs

-          Profit before tax:            30,600 million dongs

-          Profit after tax:               24,480 million dongs

-          Dividend:                                16%.

2)      Approving the audited financial statements in 2020 by Nam Viet Auditing and Accounting Financial Consultant Service Com Ltd (AASCN).

3)      Approving the profit distribution plan in 2019:

-          Welfare and Reward (16% profit after tax):                             5,031,462,000 dongs

4)      Approving the remuneration of the BOD and Supervisory Board in 2019: 586,320,000 dongs

5)      Approving the remuneration of the BOD and Supervisory Board in 2020.

6)      Approving the selection of auditing firm to audit financial statements in 2020:

-          Nam Viet Auditing and Accounting Financial Consultant Service Com Ltd (AASCN).

7)      Approving the 2019 dividend payment in cash:

-          Dividend pay-out ratio:           12%/ par value (VND1,200/ share)

-          Record date:                            in July 2020.
