The Board resolution dated June 30, 2020, the BOD of Nam Viet Corporation approved the personnel change as follows:

1)      The BOD approved the resignation of Mr. Doan Toi as Chairman of BOD of the Company from July 01, 2020.

2)      The BOD approved the appointment of Mr. Do Lap Nghiep – member of BOD as Chairman of BOD of the Company from July 01, 2020.
