-          The list of persons related to members of the Board of Directors, Board of Supervisors, Directorate;

-          The audited financial statements of Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation in 2018, 2019 and Quarter 1 of 2020;

-          Resolution of the Board of Directors of Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation on the approval for the public offering;

-          Commitment documents;

-          The consulting contract;

-          Other documents.
