On June 02, 2020, FLC Stone Mining and Investment Joint Stock Company announces the personnel change as follows:

1)      The BOD received the Resignation Letter of Chairman cum member of BOD – Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung. Pursuant to the Company’s charter, Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung is no longer a member of BOD as from June 02, 2020. Accordingly, the BOD will submit to the General Meeting of Shareholders to approve the resignation of member of BOD – Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung.

2)      The BOD approved the resignation of Chairman of BOD – Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung as from June, 2020.

3)      The BOD approved to appoint Mr. Nguyen Duc Cong - member of BOD as Chairman of BOD as from June 02, 2020.
