Halcom VietNam Joint Stock Company (Halcom) announces the Board resolution dated June 02, 2020 as follows:

            The Board of Directors approved to continue to use 5,073,500 shares of Thuan Thanh Water JSC and all rights arising from this stock that owned by Halcom in Thuan Thanh Water JSC to guarantee the implementation of related transaction at BIDV – Cau Giay Branch according to the Credit Contract dated November 21, 2018 between Halcom and BIDV – Cau Giay Branch.
