FLC: FLC reminded of the disclosure of agreements with related parties

On June 12, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) received the Board resolution dated June 25, 2019 regarding the approval for transactions between FLC Group Joint Stock Company with related parties and an official document dated June 12, 2020 supplementing more information.

Accordingly, the Company posted the information on the Board resolution dated June 25, 2019 approving the transfer of shares of FLCHOMES Real Estate Investment Business and Development JSC between FLC Group Joint Stock Company with Mr. Le Van Sac and Ms. Hoang Thi Nga. However, due to the relocation of head office in June 2019, the archives department of FLC Group lost the document which was expected to send to HOSE.

Therefore, HOSE requires FLC Group Joint Stock Company to comply with the regulations on information disclosure in the stock market.
