Sao Vang Rubber Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated June 15, 2020 as follows:

-          To stop the implementation of feasibility study reports of a project of relocation and production of radial tires and a project of investing in a refining plant because they are no longer suitable to the current conditions.

-          To authorize the Board Chairman, Company Legal Representative, to decide investment projects with the value up to 10% of total assets of the Company in the latest financial statements.

-          To approve the signing of contracts with Hoanh Son Group Joint Stock Company, a company related to Board Chairman Pham Hoanh Son, to buy 05 trailers.
