According to the Board Resolution dated May 06, 2020, the Board of Directors of Pha Le Plastics Manufacturing and Technology Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the report of the Board of Directors on business plan.

2)      Approving the plan for borrowing at BIDV – Dong Da Branch:

-          Purpose: to supplement capital for business operation in 2020;

-          Credit limit: VND500,000,000,000.

-          Loan term: 12 months from the date of signing of credit agreement.
