Binh Duong Construction and Civil Engineering Joint Stock Company announces Board Resolution No.05/2020 dated May 06, 2020 as follows:

-          The Board of Directors unanimously approved that that Directorate would include one Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and one Standing Deputy Chief Executive Officer.

-          The Board of Directors approved the resignation as Deputy CEOs for the following persons:

• Mr. Le Van Cop resigned as Deputy CEO, responsible for construction, effective from May 07, 2020 and is waiting for assigning other tasks.
• Mr. Ly Tan Tri resigned as Deputy CEO, responsible for design and sales, and was appointed as Construction Director, responsible for construction. 
• Mr. Bui Duy Hieu resigned as Deputy CEO, responsible for finance and administrative organization, and was appointed as Chief Financial Officer, responsible for finance.
