On March 30, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) received the 2019 audited financial statements by PetroVietnam Ca Mau Fertilizer Joint Stock Company. On April 27, 2020, HOSE received the 2019 annual report by the Company.

However, pursuant to Point 2 of Article 8 of Circular 155/2015/TT-BTC dated October 06, 2015, “2. A public company must prepare an annual report in accordance with Appendix 4 and disclose such report no later than twenty (20) days from the date of disclosure of the audited annual financial statements, but not exceeding one hundred and twenty (120) days from the end of a financial year.”, the Company disclosed its 2019 annual report not as regulated.

Therefore, HOSE asks PetroVietnam Ca Mau Fertilizer Joint Stock Company to strictly comply with current regulations to ensure the rights of shareholders.
